  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). ®FIG TREE ALLEY reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Refunds will be accepted for defects in product or workmanship caused by manufacturer. Please follow washing instructions included with your item. Refunds will not be issued for improper washing and/or handling of garments by customers. Custom order deposits are non-refundable. Refund requests will be reviewed and credited to payment source, if approved, upon receipt of returned merchandise. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing.

  • To launder a garment with porcelain or ceramic buttons, simply button the garment, turn it inside out and wash on the gentle cycle or hand wash, lay flat to dry. Our buttons are high fired and very durable, but can break if mistreated. Foil can be wrapped around each button for further protection during washing if desired.Custom orders require a 50% deposit. Custom order deposits are non-refundable, but maybe used for credit towards modified purchase if agreement reached at time of cancellation.
